Patterson Ranch, located about 10 miles outside of Whiteface and less than an hour from Lubbock, Texas, is a family owned and operated, multi-generational beef production ranch. We were established in 2007 and have been working hard ever since to provide families across west Texas with the best grass and grain fed beef that is built on faith, family, and hometown values. We know that life is slower and communities more important on Texas’ last frontier, and each day we work to instill these values of faith, family, and hard work in our children.
Meet Matt & Beka Patterson
We are Matt and Beka Patterson, the owners of Patterson Ranch. Patterson Ranch officially started in 2007, but we have been cowboying for much longer. Our mission has always been to ethically raise our beef on our land and provide the best beef for families of west Texas. Because we are a family business, we know how important it is to know that your family is eating quality food that is good for them. At Patterson Ranch, Matt hand picks the best Angus and Hereford beef for the program and makes sure that our cattle are healthy. We know that our water source is clean and that our beef has no added hormones or antibiotics because we are the ones raising the beef day in and day out. Our two young boys are cowboys as well and are a vital part of the operation. They already understand the value of hard work and never complain about waking up early to help or putting in a long day of work!
